The ownership of the brand name INTERNATIONAL COLOUR AUTHORITY (ICA) and the contents of ICA forecasts are protected by copyright.

The copyright owners will license ICA properties to worldwide bona fide publishers exclusively in their own countries, in their own languages subject to reasonable conditions. 

These rights have already been licensed to Italy, South Africa, Russia, The Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania etc and are available online or in print to other companies in different parts of the world.

Today publishers are seeking methods of economising.  A license from ICA with its unique information and artistic full colour presentation can greatly assist by increasing circulation and reducing production costs.
